Grief Prevention & Updates

Grief Prevention should be fixed and players should be allowed to drop/pickup items in their claims! I’d like to thank everyone for being so patient with not only Pixelmon Beta & Plugins, but with us as well. 

We are also working on a mobbly which will divide Pokemon spawns among players, but will NOT affect legendaries!
